That is unusual Tom. Are you sure it's a Fleksy issue and not related to the wonky settings that are causing problems in your gmail? Unfortunately I'm at a loss as to how to fix that problem, so will defer to the many reliable people on this list with much more expertise. Good luck, Michelle
