Hi Chris, This is quite possible, what you are describing has been well documented on Applevis and it has been mentioned as a fairly serious bug in various posts right from the morning when iOS 9 was first released. This effects people in various degrees, it is not device specific since users of all sorts of devices from the 4S to the new 6S and 6S Plus can have the problem and there seems to be no consistent set of circumstances which causes it. I don't think there is much you can do at this point except live with it until it is fixed in a future update. I am using 4S and I noticed the following:First, if the earbuds are plugged in, and I receive a call, the ringer is suppressed. I can only hear the last ring even though the default is four rings.Secondly, If the earbuds are plugged in, Voice over is completely dead when I receive a phone call or a facetime call. I can’t answer neither through the screen nor through the earbuds buttons. I have only noticed this with 9.02.Can anyone verify these problems?
