None I know of unless your phone was backed up to iTunes or iCloud after you received the message and was not backed up again since you deleted it. There are also third-party applications/tools which may be able to recover deleted messages.
If you have a backup, you could restore your phone from the back up and that should bring back your text messages at the time of the back up. Of course you may loose others you have received since the back up. One other option is to use a third-party tool like Phone Rescue. I can’t vouch for accessibility which based on other such programs I have tried is probably non-existent, but maybe you could get sighted help if it’s that important.
