Hello Neal, For next time, if you tab through the ITunes window, JAWS should announce one item downloading. Tabbing further should display the item being downloaded and if you tab one more time the progress of the download. Although I have not updated this way in a while, this is the way I remember that iTunes use to have it in previous versions. Has this option been removed?
