Hmmm, in iOS 8.??? the app switcher would, depending on configurations in SETTINGS, display various categories of elements from the CONTACTS to allow convenient access for making phone calls or messaging. Early Saturday morning I finally installed a version of iOS 9 -- iOS 9.0.2 -- and discovered that this feature appears to have been dropped. Unless, of course, there's a switch somewhere in SETTINGS to continue supporting this feature.

Can anybody clarify, confirm or advise as how best to deploy this feature? It is a bit amusing that, when I initially encountered this feature in iOS 8.0, I was not at all enamorate of it. However, now that I've come to use this feature so effectively that I now miss it!!! ;-)
