Hi, I have two questions. I recently got an iPhone 5s. I am using the latest version of itunes and jaws 12.0. I want to see the complete list of apps so I can select which ones to put on my phone. I have been through all the itunes and I am not able to do this. Anyone have any suggestions on the easiest way to do this. Also, I have a windows 8 lap op. I want to copy all my apps and music and everything in my itunes to this computer. I have an external hard drive which I copied my entire itunes folder in to and then copied that folder into itunes. Some of my music is not playing and I get an error message telling me that the song couldn’t be used because the original file couldn’t be found. How do I get everything copied so all my music will play on lap top. Thanks for your help. Jen
