it would be nice if you go to apple store or verizon store and ask for
monthly sessions and they would help you as they have contact accessiblity
dept at apple and they get instructions to help you. I do go every month as
I pay 99 dollars for one year. they would help yo how to change apps and
arrange apps. it is real nice.
when there are problems, the technician can see and salesperson and
technician can verify the problem and let apple headquarter know and they go
over to try to fix the problems. like I do with usa today for iphone app,
pages, messages, contact, and others as I let them finding out and they try
their own and recognize problems and that is how they do. they joke me that
apple should hire me.
