I can confirm this. I downloaded the update yesterday and took it for a
spin after seeing your message. The update description said something about
a redesigned user interface, which should have been a red flag for me, but I
went ahead with the update anyway.
Unfortunately, the show listing consists of a number of buttons that indeed
sound like gibberish. My guess is that tags for each button are written in
completely unintelligible hexadecimal code. If anybody else out there uses
Crackle, it would probably be a good idea to contact the app developers and
let them know that the show buttons have been rendered inaccessible to
VoiceOver.
