Go into the entry for the contact you want to share with someone else. Down near the bottom of the scrutiny is a piece of text that says Share contact; it can be activated, even though it doesn't seem like you can. Double-tap this, and an alert will pop up which gives you the ability to share the contact in a variety of ways. I alwt use the message option. You'll be taken to whatever app you need to use for whatever option you pick.
