Device pairing questions

At present, my 3-GS is paired with a Targus blue tooth keyboard.  I 
recently bought a Focus 40 Blue braille display which I wish to connect 
via blue tooth with my 3-GS.  So the question is, can my 3-GS be 
connected via blue tooth to more than one device simultaneously?

Also, speaking of the Focus 40 Blue, does anyone have any tips which 
will make it easier to pair and connect.  I do of course have the 
Freedom Scientific instructions but wondered whether there may be other 
helpful suggestions.
