Hi Fanus. On either side of the back of the watch is a spring loaded button which you would hold in with your fingernail. Then slide the strap either toward the rear or front sides of the watch until it slides out of the groove. There are two parts to the strap. When sliding the new strap into place remember to hold that tiny spring loaded button in.
By the front of the watch I mean where the crown and friend buttons are located. Hope this helps.
