This happens to me when I am using a bluetooth headset.

Hi, for some reason blindsquare will not close, I can't get it out of the
app switcher? Even powered off/on the phone and it is still there, I have
not done a home+power to reboot the phone. Just curious if anyone has had
this happen to them? Using ios 9.x latest version, iphone 5s and latest
version of blindsquare.
This was the only app I had open.
Now since I launched other apps and blindsquare was not the only app running
I was able to close it. Maybe am running in to a ios bug here.
