I use Auto Ringtome Pro by Tod Burnhard. If I remember right, there are 2 versions of the app. The free and the pro versions. The pro version costs a small amount. Either app is easy to use and you can hear what your going to get before you actually create the ringtone. If Tod is listening, he can give you all the details but the app is totally usable by the blind. You can find the apps in the app store.
