Document hi Jen, Your ringtones will be saved in your saved ringtones folder. If you click on the menu button in the upper left-hand corner of your iPhone, you'll see a whole bunch of menu options including ringtones wallpapers notifications one of the options under this menu is saved ringtones that's where your ringtones go. They will not play in this menu. Do you get them on your phone, you have to look at the help option which is in the menu. It will tell you underneath the category how to download a ringtone, or downloading stuff, to go to a website where you will install software on your computer that will sync your ringtones from zedge to iTunes. You have to install the software, then select the scan QR code option from the menu. Then you have to get a sighted person to help you scan the code. I'm visually impaired and can't do it. After that, your computer will hopefully recognize dead. After that you just sync your iPhone and your new ringtones will be. Where normal Ringtones go in sounds.
