Do you mean, where can you find the ringtones ones they've been saved to your phone via the save button in the ringtones screen? There's a menu button in the top left-hand corner of the phone. Double-tap this, and in the screen that pops up, you'll find something that says saved ringtones. Double-tap that, and you'll be in the list of ringtones that you selected to save. You'll have to email them to yourself one by one, and download them from your email one by one, but you won't need any sighted help to do this.
