Ah, the rule of thumb, where the government is envolved, is to not hold your breath waiting for something to happen (Smile). On the other hand, as I understand it the BARD for Android was written in house, while the one for iOS was contracted out. The BARD app for Android just came out this year but has already been updated once or twice. Minor updates to be sure, but makes one wonder.
