My Fitness Pal is very accessible but very unreliable when you sync it
with various other tracking apps and devices including the Iphone
Health app. It sometimes doubles the entries and sometimes doesn't
enter them at all. It's kind of a mess. So if you enter everything
manually and don't depend on other apps to supply data to it, then
it's fine.

plan. She has suggested the lose it app and my fitness partner app. Has
anyone use these, are they accessible question can anyone offer a more
