Hello, This is a question for my husband. He had some trouble with his iCloud account a few months ago. So he changed the account on his computer. Now, his phone will not let him change the account on the phone. The message he gets is "The old account is no longer valid." We tried to call Apple and they will not talk to him about it unless he buys a Apple care package. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks Nancy
