Does anyone else have a lot of issues with the Notification Center freezing up and trouble flicking around when in Today view? I thought this may have been device specific on my 5S, but now am on the 6S running 9.1 and I just had to restart the phone as Today view would not even let me flick over to notification. I find the Today view pretty much unusable with VO as it constantly seems to have stability issues. Curious if anyone else uses the Today view reliably.
