Thanks for responding and giving this one a try! I get the same results as
you, but it does look like it should be doable if only....
I have found, once "keyboard" is chosen, that I do get letters in the edit
field, but it is very hit and miss and I can't seem to find how to delete
extraneous letters. So, the keyboard is being seen, which is good news, so we
must be able to use the app, just a little tweaking, perhaps?
I found this app via Google, when looking for VIP solutions to online
crossword accessibility and discovered that accessibility is the whole point of
their app. I am sure they will be helpful. I also will write to them. For
anyone else who is reading this, you can choose from many different types of
crossword, from the most simple to the most obscure, including, as I tnote,
some in latin!!!! Plus, of course, concise and cryptic (my personal favourite!)
So, lets keep trying and reporting back.
One final comment: for me, real pleasure is to do the crossword of the day,
online, directly on the relevant newspaper, there is just something about doing
things in real time, and for Prize crosswords, well....
