Asked to sync with drop box. Then tried putting in all info. Touched make new vault and it went right back to page I got when I asked to make a new vault. Yesterday I tried 4 times and now at least 4 times. I cannot get past the screen where you put the master password and write it again and put a hint and set on fingerprint ID. I have written the password and its confirm very slowly so I know I have done it correctly. Is this happening to me because I have an older version? If the case, how do I update? About to throw it out again, but I have no memory for passwords so I really need the app. Any ideas? Thanks.
