As I wrote yesterday, I first asked to create a new vault. Took me to the page where I entered an excellent strength password and repeated it very carefully and put in the rest of the info I wanted. When I ask to make the vault it takes me back to the page to put in the master password and all other info again. This process I have now gone through many, many times and never get a message the vault exists or anything that might be incorrect with my info. Thinking it may have already made a vault, (as many times as I have filled out this page), I asked to sync an existing vault. I tried both drop box and iCloud, but it seems to want another device. Help! If you can figure out what I am doing wrong, please clue me in. The podcast made it sound so easy, but I am frustrated and ready to just give up.
