Hi, Another item you might try is to have your iPhone screen unlocked if you have a passcode. In my experience, I found that iTunes would not sync despite the fact that it was set to trust my computer and Windows made the sound that my phone was recognized. I had this issue before on the 5s and since then keep my 6s this way and notice that all is fine when I go to sync.
