The tutorial that Scott mentioned--whose link I don't have handy--is the best 
way to get started. It won't teach you Swift, just Xcode; to learn Swift, I 
just googled it. Between Apple, Treehouse, Ray Wunderlich, and other sites, I 
picked it up easily enough. Of course, your level of ease will depend a great 
deal on what--if any--programming experience you have already.
