If you are using iTunes Match on both devices, the purchases should show up on
your Mac automatically. Check the iTunes library on your Mac to see if the new
purchases are there. An easy place to look is the “recently added” playlist.
You may have to tell iTunes on your Mac to download the tracks. To do this,
open the context menu (VO+SHIFT+M) while one or multiple songs are selected and
select “make available offline”. This will cause the tracks to download.
There’s a setting in the iTunes preferences (COMMAND+COMMA to open the
preferences window) where you can specify that you want all newly purchased
tracks to automatically download on your Mac. This option is under the store
tab, and may already be selected. If it is not checked, checking the box will
only apply to future purchases but not the songs you’ve already bought.

Hope this helps,

Grant
