Tunein pro allows you to record, but asJonothan already pointed out, it does not record by default. I'm roling back to an older version of Tunein Pro, and will stick with that. OOTunes is also somehow capable of playing Cirius radio content if you have an account with Cirius XM, though I'm not sure how well it works or if you can get all the content they offer.
