That is the price you pay for using Beta software. You must be willing to put up with minor bugs like the one you described (definitely one I'd classify as minor) and sometimes bugs that are a lot worse and from time to time bugs which are deal-breakers to the point where you have to downgrade to the last official version, in this case iOS 9.1. Anybody who doesn't know how to downgrade or for that matter anyone who isn't willing to put up with bugs and report them via the Feedback app should probably stick to the regular release of iOS. As Rob from the Today in iOS Podcast always puts it so nicely, if you are the person who gets upset when the towels aren't hanging straight or if whatever you normally do isn't just so, then you are probably not somebody who wants to run Beta software. Of course you also are aware of the fact that Cara doesn't like any discussion about bugs or features in beta versions of iOS, so you must also be willing to deal with whatever comes knowing you won't get help from the Viphone group.
