Hi, I don’t think that’s a good idea, since so many people, visually impaired or not could and would abuse that, and use the accessibility phone number just to skirt around having to pay for each technical support incident. But hey, Apple expects their customers to be honorable and call the correct numbers, especially if their support question doesn’t particular pertain to accessibility.
