Brandi, I don't know if iOS 9 had any new ringtones but based on Sieghard's reply, it seems not. I know after iOS 7 came out with a set of new ringtones, you have to drill down under Settings, Sounds, and then locate the Classic button under which they placed the older ringtones which I prefer.
