ITunes tells me this each time I launch iTunes because I use icloud music library. So if you use apple music or Itunes match, you will get this message at first. Initially it took Itunes about two days to match most of my music tracks so it was permanently busy. But nowadays iTunes just has a couple of minutes of being busy. Harry
