Hi Cara, When I got my echo, the app was inaccessible. So I did not do voice training. However, my issue is not so much with the echo not understanding what I'm saying as it is that she often comes back with I don't know or words to that effect. With Siri or Google now, I tend to get more actual answers. But I can try the voice training. Of course you know what it thinks it hears is also shown on your Alexa app. So you can tell if it's not hearing you right. And I don't usually have that problem. It's just that she doesn't do stuff or doesn't know stuff. Mary
