Hi, have not used the iCloud drive yet on the phone so would have to play around with it to see if there was away. Now the drop box app when you first install it on the device it will ask you about photos and such and if you want to upload them to drop box. Also if you click on files in the drop box app and then go all the way to the top of the app to the left corner is actions and this will give you some options and one is to upload so I think even though I have never uploaded to drop box from the app you could brows your iPhone and upload documents and music and photos and so on to drop box. Not apps but your data you have on it. As for another way is to get your stuff off the phone to the computer and then upload to or copy to your drop box and iCloud drive from the computer. HTH BTW: I will play around with the iCloud drive app and see what I can find out if anything.
