Hi Kimber, I tried that too, I switched of and started my phone, it stays very clear for sometimes then when I make about Five or Six calls or use my braille screne input, then the voice over gets shaky again and acts funny.it stammers, and I don't understand sometimes what it says. I am using IPhone 5 and IOS 9.1. any help is appreciated. Ruby
