If Raul is correct and it is the defender case the two critical parts to getting it open are. One begin by gently undoing the sides of the case each side around the middle of the case has places where the belt clip snaps in. This is where you want to gently again begin removal of the rubber exterior. Once you get the rubber exterior off the inside shell move to the top middle now again gently begin working the snap at the top at the same time you work the side belt clip holders open. this should eventually open the inside shell. Don't despair the first time is a real challenge to get the case open. However if you do everything correct when you put the phone inside the case it is completely protected. Note before putting the phone in the case be certain it does not have a piece of card board inside. Good luck.
