I have done this and I have even unchecked Karl’s iPad which is listed in the setting. These devices are on the same Apple ID as well but it looks like everything which would allow such things are off.

At one point she was also getting my incoming phone calls. I have checked everywhere I can see on my phone to turn this off but at least the messages are getting through. What am I missing?
