Hello, If there are arrow keys on your braille display, the up, down, right, and left arrows act as single-finger flicks in the same directions. So, up and down arrows will manipulate pickers.
As for dot 3 chord and dot 6 chord, you might also try dot 4 chord and dot 1 chord. With the HumanWare braille displays, it is often necessary to enter a passthrough command before using these commands since chorded commands are used to control the HumanWare display (according to what I have read). I do not remember the passthrough command.
