Hi Kimber, I have changed my credit card before and not that long ago and don't recall having problems. I was using Jaws 16 at the time and did it in iTunes. Internet Explorer definitely can have problems with some websites and while I still use it as my default browser, I think everybody should have Firefox installed for situations where IE doesn't work. I too find it interesting that Apple "officially" supports Windows eyes and not Jaws which I think has probably a much larger market share. Having said that, I don't recall ever having problems with Jaws except of course with the iCloud.com website but that is definitely Apple's fault and considering their commitment to accessibility, I still find it hard to believe that after so many years they are not making that website accessible.
