As Shawn pointed out, iOS 9.2 will be next, Apple has already released the fourth public beta a couple of days ago and I would guess that it will be publically available within a week or two. There may be another beta next week with the final release in the first week of December, but it won’t be long now. iOS 9 will continue until next September, another 10 months or so. Apple usually announces major iOS releases in June with first developer beta testing and then a bit later public beta testing and the final release in mid September.
