Can you enable icloud view in itunes on the pc?

If iTunes match can match the song, it gives you a cloud version of the song that can be accessed or downloaded from any of your devices. If there is not a match, such as a local artist, iTunes match will upload your copy of the song to be accessed or downloaded from any device. If you enable the iCloud view in your music grid, you’ll be able to know if the song has been matched in the cloud or uploaded. I hope this makes sense.
