Emailing is probably the best way. I don't think Uber has a lot of control on making their support section accessible, as from the address bar, it goes to Zendesk, and that company probably has to fix its accessibility issues. The big issue, at least with iOS and JFW on that type of site is that most of the combo boxes are text that aren't properly classed as combo boxes so on iOS, there will be no popup button, and on Windows, alt-down arrow won't open it.
