Brian with technology what it is, you can either facetime, skype, or even text a picture to the tech so they can see the color for you. I went through this with a Verizon tech a few weeks ago. It was one of those aha moments for me when he asked if I could text him a picture of the lights. I should have thought of that a long time ago. Another suggestion would be an app like Be My Eyes.
