I don't know that it will help, but I suggest using the split tap to activate this button. In some cases, the split tap seems to activate an icon when a double tap will not. I use the split tap on the take picture button, so that my phone is less likely to be moved out of position when taking the picture. In case some might not know, to do a split tap, place a finger directly on the icon you want to activate. Keeping your finger on this icon, touch the screen with any other finger. In my every day use of my phone, I use the split tap more often than the double tap to activate an item when I know specifically where an icon is located.

I have to double tap it numerous times to get it to work. Anyone else experiencing this problem and any suggestions?
