I assume you mean the "Automatically Add to iTunes" folder which is a subfolder of the "iTunes Media" folder. It is still there, but whatever file you want to have automatically added to a particular library has to be in the correct format. If it's an MP3 or M4A format, it will be added as a song to your music library. If you want to have it added to your tones library, it will already have to be converted to AAC and be given the proper extension which is M4R.
