Having used both, I prefer Drupal over WordPress; however, I can't deny WordPress has better means of posting content. In addition to what Jonathan already pointed out, you can also e-mail yourself messages that can then be posted to your website. The WordPress.com interface just underwent an overhaul, not sure how it will affect accessibility but feel confident the developers would not have broken it. To keep it relevant to this list, iOS has a WordPress app I found generally accessible. Yet I do much of my editing on a PC so can't give a fair assessment of it. For a complete comparison, I prefer Drupal because I feel it allows me to better position things with better precision on a page than WordPress can. I hope that helps.
