Hi Gary She pressed the button on the keyboard. Once it lit up, the phone recognized it and that was it.
I don't really know how to spell this. All my issues started when I accidentally activated the emoji keyboard which I have never dealt with before. I had no idea how to get out of it. So, I reset everything which turned out to be one of the worse things I could have done. Anyway, everything seems to work now. But, in the future, how do you get from one keyboard to another when you are typing any kind of message. By the way Gary, I would have asked the same question that you did just because I have an inquisitive mind. So, no problem.
