I believe there is a built-in tutorial for VoiceOver users. I'm not sure I remember how to activate it. Maybe search for MacBook VoiceOver Tutorial. If I remember, it's a pretty straight forward key combination. It's quite a thorough overview. I tried a MacBook several years ago, but decided to stick with a PC, Windows, and JAWS.
