Wish I knew also. Now and again I have the same interrupting experience
and he's hard to shut up ...
I'm not sure what triggers this behaviour!

Another very strange thing with my 6s running 9.1. When I was reading
an email from someone here and voice-over said thank you reading the
email, siri said "don't mention it." I have seen this happen before
but just thought to bring up. Short of turning off "hey Siri" is there
a way to stop Siri from answering voice over or something like a video
that she might think was me?
