IPhone, IOS 8.4. the phone has four messages. the hint says to flick
down, but when I flick down to delete one, nothing happens. I double
tap edit, and the messages are displayed as I flick right; with a
read all button and a delete button that says 'dimmed'. I tried
deleting them with my blue tooth keyboard, but it also gets a 'delete
dimmed'. I have shut the phone down and restarted it; held down home
and power together for fifteen seconds and restarted. Nada.
