Hi, I also downloaded and installed the app. After allowing everything you want to do, swipe down once to have the camera take the picture. Keep in mind that as the picture is taken, you are being recorded and should state the description of what the picture is. At this point, there will be a picture within the App. Tap on the picture and it will appear. I hope this makes sense to you. Good luck, Andy and Shubert
