Hi Chris, it isn't a single email that is long, it is a thread of emails. The longer the thread, the longer the freeze up. You can wait out the freeze up, who's duration depends on the length of the email thread to which you are replying. Or, if you wish, you can triple click home voiceover off and back on. Mary
